I love any action shot of my kid’s doing their thing out on the field!  In fact I love action shoots so much that I bought my first DSLR in 2011 just so that I could take better images of my little darlings.  I soon became known as the MWac (Mom with the camera) at Blythewood High School, because I began shooting not only my own kids doing what they loved, but their teammates as well.  I practiced on everyone just so I could get my timing better.  Now I really don’t know how to sit and just watch a game without a viewfinder in front of my eye. In the Spring of 2013 I started doing some freelance work for a local Newspaper.  I quickly developed quite a large library of photos of other people’s kids, and I struggled with deleting them, because as a mom I love seeing images of my own favorite people.  It’s for that reason that I started posting  games at for those proud parents who want to see their kids doing what they love.

I currently (2015) shoot sports for The Independent Voice of Blythewood & Fairfield County and GoFlashWin.

***All 2015 game images I currently take for Blythewood High School, Logoff-Elgin High School and other schools are now on under the school name. Please visit them for free downloads and check out their sponsors.

I am very passionate about nature and landscape photography. I find a little piece, or rather “peace”, of Heaven in the beauty of this world. The beauty and Light of this world is so addicting I find myself wanting more and more each time I spend a little bit of time in its splendor.  Being a rather quiet person, photography allows me a way of expressing what I don’t say verbally. My goal is to capture not only the beauty of Light in this world, but also share her emotions, her moods, her story. I hope that while looking at some of the images in my gallery, you will also experience the same peace that passes all understanding as I do in this incredibly beautiful world that is ours to enjoy.
